New authorising engineer appointed at the Water Hygiene Centre

Roy Sullivan brings regulatory and corporate governance experience to new role

Roy Sullivan has been appointed as a senior consultant at the Water Hygiene Centre.

He Roy will be working with existing clients in the South of England in the capacity of authorising engineer (water).

Company managing director, Daniel Pitcher, said of the appointment “We are very lucky to have secured Roy as a member of the team.

“Hiss experience with compliance is most definitively another string to the bow for our collective AE[W] hive mind within the business.”

Sullivan joins us from Skanska, based at The Royal London and Papworth Hospitals – Bart Health NHS Trust, where he was in post as senior and engineering compliance manager, providing senior line management support and overseeing a team of systems managers.

He has extensive experience in legal and statutory standards, along with clinical guidelines, corporate governance, and industry best practice across many disciplines, including fire, water, medical and natural gas, ventilation, boiler and pressure systems, and power systems.

And he was also responsible for undertaking technical and incident investigations and managing and providing its authorising engineer process and structure.
